Cultivating Inner Peace

Let’s be honest. The world may seem to be in chaos around us. The United States is experiencing a Pluto return (no one individual experiences this in their lifetime because no one lives to 248!), so hellooooooo transformation!

But seriously, Pluto energy is transformational energy. It’s powerful, can feel uneasy and like the world is ending (hello 2020!), but the old must die for the new to be born. I promise you, it’ll be worth it.

But how do we find, cultivate and maintain inner peace amidst such turmoil?


Carving out time in your day for your spiritual practices is a MUST.

This looks different for everyone, but things I’ve seen that have helped countless individuals are:

+ Meditation (even 10 minutes can make a huge difference and help you find your center and feel more grounded. There are plenty of 10 minute guided meditations out there!)

+ Movement (DANCE, go for a walk, do jumping jacks, you name it. Just MOVE!)

+ SMILE/LAUGH (Look at yourself in the mirror and SMILE. Meet your own gaze and speak kind and loving words over yourself.)

+ Work with your aura/energetic field (I can guide you through this through my single sessions, extended mentorship programs or in my exclusive Facebook group. More information HERE).

+ Work with crystals (I love carrying around black tourmaline, especially!)

+ Daily gratitudes (speak those OUT LOUD or write them down. there is ALWAYS something to be thankful for and you’d be surprised at how much this shifts your energy.)
